Bliss Yoga acknowledges the Turrbal and Yuggera people, owners and custodians of the land on which we live, and pays respect to elders, past, present and emerging. Bliss Yoga is a community focused yoga business centred on building connection though yoga, meditation and an exploration of the body-mind being. Established in 2014 by Marian Jerrim, Bliss Yoga is all about guiding you gently to a more liberated, mobile and joyous space, regardless of your current state of flexibility. Classes are held at the CWA Hall in Samford, next to John Scott Park. Bliss Yoga also comes to your school, workplace or residential facility for group classes or private bookings. Cost:

Bliss Yoga honours the philosophical and spiritual underpinnings of the 8 Limbs of yogic tradition, and provides a warm, welcoming space for those who wish to deepen their practice within this tradition. Meditation classes explore the present day experience of living the Yamas and Niyamas, balancing the chakras and clarifying the body, mind and being. Our classes and workshops cater for people with previous yoga experience, was well as newcomers; seniors, prenatal women and children. We also provide a non-judgemental environment for people looking to improve their well-being and general fitness. Marian Jerrim is a qualified and experienced yoga instructor. She completed her 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training with Byron Yoga Centre in 2011, attaining Yoga Teacher Certification in Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Yogic History and Philosophy. She is completing a further 300 hours of Level 2 Training with Byron Yoga Centre in 2023. Marian has also completed teacher trainings in Prenatal Yoga (Janice Clarefield, Urban Yoga, Canada) and Rainbow Kids’ Yoga, as well as online studies in the Anatomy and Physiology of Yoga (Yoga Synergy, Simon Borg Olivier). Marian studied with the Art of Living Foundation at the ashram in Bangalore, India in 2002. Marian has maintained a regular yoga practice for over 20 years, and keeps her skills current with regular trainings and seminars. She is also a QLD registered primary school and Steiner teacher. Bliss Yoga is a celebration of yogic practices that reduce stress and promote well-being, for the whole being.
