Tremor: Shaking, often observed in the hand and fingers.
Bradykinesia: Slow movement, making everyday tasks take longer.
Muscle Rigidity: Stiff muscles that can cause pain and limit range of motion.
Speech Changes: Speech may become softer, faster, monotone, slurred, or hesitant.
Poor Balance: Parkinson’s increases the risk of falls due to balance problems.
Change in Writing: Coordination required for writing may deteriorate, resulting in very small handwriting.

The underlying cause of Parkinson’s remains unknown, but it involves the gradual breakdown or death of neurons in the brain, particularly those producing the neurotransmitter dopamine.
