‘Check out my guns’ referring to her new biceps after two months training.
‘How can I make this harder?’ from women who have a good foundation of movement and the confidence to make it spicy.
‘Come on ladies!’ cheering each other on to finish hard so they can earn their coffees afterwards.
I love this group of women. To me, at 50 years old they embody my longevity goals. Strength, mobility, laughter, connection, routine, friendship.
