Good Morning Divine Ones,

I am blessed to be on the schedule at this gorgeous studio in Sandgate ... Yoga 4 Life.
Following in the lineage of Sri Krishnamacharya (my teachers teacher) this peaceful space offers therapy based Yoga.

You can join me for a class there at 5pm - 6.15pm Mondays
A movement to breath class (Viniyoga) incorporating chant sounds within poses and intentional dialogue to bring you a deeper connection with your physical vessel. Always finishing with a guided meditation.
