Don’t panic see a Homeopath!

There is Flu about, but don’t panic Homeopathy and some good old healthy nutrition and rest, has had great success with the management of the Flu.

Remember the Flu is a virus but always to check in with your Health Care Professional should symptoms persist.

Corona Virus - if you have come into contact with someone with Corona Virus please go to the Australian Government Health website to see the measures that you need to take.

What are the Flu symptoms?
Symptoms include (but are not limited to) fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue and shortness of breath. (1)

Some tips for the prevention and reducing severity of symptoms and spread of Flu:

Good hygiene - lots of hand washing with soap and water especially after eating and toileting (1)
Cough and sneeze into your elbow (1)
You are only as health as your immune system so eat healthy ‘immune' enhancing foods, eat lots of fruit and veggies - keep the sugars and junk food to a minimum.

Some homeopathic remedies that may assist with managing symptoms - but please be aware that a Homeopathic consult is recommended:

Gelsemium, Aconite and Ferrum Phos 6x (Tissue Salt) (2), Arsenicum, Belladona, Bryonia, Eupatorium Perf. and Phosphorous.

Remember, Homeopathic Remedies are based on the symptoms that you are presenting with and it may be best to consult with a Homeopath in order to select the correct remedies and dosage.
