"Shell impressions are fascinating due to their natural geometry, often displaying symmetrical patterns or spiral shapes that follow mathematical principles like the logarithmic spiral. When we are creating we lose sense of time and become fully present in the moment absorbed in and focused on what we are doing. This is peaceful and rejuvenating, stops the mind from taking over with chatter.

Sad to share the damage our consumerism and companies need to produce more and make more money is having on our planet. The rubbish has to go somewhere and it is overwhelmingly polluting our planet. Companies not taking any responsibility for what happens when people throw away their products. We can be a part of the solution. Do you really need a new phone. Do you need another pair of shoes or multiple items the same. Say no to single use items, water bottles, over packaged items if you can. Every little bit helps.
