I am holding a meditation & Intuitive circle at Crystal Beacon Community Healing Hub shop 10 IGA Plaza Bomaderry. Beginning Wednesday 24th July at 10am till 12, then each Wednesday after that.
🦋We will do a beautiful full body relaxation
🦋A guided meditation
🦋 And finish with some hands on play using our Intuition. It could be Oracle Cards, Pendulum, Psychometry (reading jewellery or objects) etc.
🦋 No experience required, just bring yourself a water bottle and cushion & blanket if you like.

I love how these potion bottles turned out! 😍
They are glass bottles, made using metallic paint, metallique wax, crystals/rhinestones and clay.
The mini wand is a small piece of driftwood from my local beach and is crafted using clay, crystal/rhinestones, metallic paint and waxes, glitter and beads.
Blue Potion Bottle is 12.5cm high, Red/Gold Potion Bottle is 11.5cm high and Mini Fairy Wand is 9cm long.

🦋Do What You Will - But Don't Make Me Feel Bad🦋
I'm on my journey and you are on yours. Neither is better or above the other. I refuse to subscribe to the popular belief of just 'raising your vibration' and everything will be peachy in your life. I do believe that our vibration attracts certain circumstances but not always though! You have no idea of the lessons or journey of another Soul. Stop looking at others through your lense of experience. Do you think it's helpful to tell a Mother whose baby is seriously ill in hospital that she caused it? Anything that causes damage to another human is not spiritual in my experience. People who are going through horrible experiences don't need to feel shame and guilt on top of it. Being spiritual means being human and experiencing all the messy stuff that is human. Your spiritual beliefs and practices can greatly help you navigate through all the ups and downs we call life. You are not bad if difficult things happen. My life has been a series of difficult experiences since I was a child. I was born into violence and alcohol abuse. It's been a hereditary pattern going way back in my family. It shaped the kind of experiences I would have as an adult (more violence and addiction). Saying that I attracted all of this to me is ridiculous. What I do subscribe to however, is reaching deep down into the core of your being for guidance. Your beautiful Soul always knows what is best for you and how you can grow through your difficult times. I fully know this. I survived a murder su***de plan against me because of listening to my Soul and Spirit. Your Soul is always speaking to you and you have Spiritual helpers too! Through this I have always been able to find my way back to joy. My Soul is here to grow and experience things that are different to you. Do what you will, but please don't ever try and make me feel bad or less than because my life has been more difficult than yours.

Hello! I'm on my way back!
There is a reason I chose the name 'Butterfly In The Storm'. It's partly because that's how I feel. Always trying to fly, but storm after storm comes to dampen my wings and make it hard. And partly because symbolically I love that butterflies represent transformation. I do love the changing and becoming. I've done it many times. Sometimes I've been forced to transform due to circumstances beyond my choosing. So difficult at the time but so much growth too. Growth is only for those who have eyes that see beyond the situation currently playing out. There is often so much more that is moving and shaping up for the good of all. Things that never would have happened otherwise. You know that the Universe is conspiring to give you just the right set of painfully uncomfortable circumstances. So painful you will never want to be there again!
This brings me to where I currently am (but moving out of). In late October I was thrust head first into a new way of being. It happened so fast I didn't have any time to adjust. I'm out of the head of the storm, but I'm still in it. Life can change very quickly can't it! Some of us seem to be dealt a lot more heartache than others. My life has been a series of big life changing events. From my 7yo daughters illness in 1997 with a deadly virus in her brain that left her with damage to a third of her brain and permanent health problems. Then becoming a widow at aged 30 with 5 kids and after my estranged husband had planned a murder/su***de. And then the endless spin off from all those years ago that is still impacting life today. Things like mental illness, addiction and all the other things that go hand in hand with them. But still I rise and I survive. Some people don't think I should talk about these kinds of things. But I do! And I do it for my fellow kindred Souls who also seem to be dealt more than most could deal with. My saving Grace was from back in 1997 when my daughter was in hospital battling her brain illness. I had a profound Spiritual Awakening whilst praying for her. It opened me to the guidance of my Intuition and the unseen helpers that are always available to help. Being Divinely connected makes all the difference. None of us can avoid painful circumstances in life but learning to follow Divine Guidance (from your own Intuition and from Spirit) can make all the difference in how you cope (survive). Which is what I've been doing lately! But this time it's not my story to tell and vulnerable people are involved, so I will leave it there. I will say that it has tested my capacity as a person fully, and taken up my whole days and nights. As it eases I will pop back here now and again. I find it quite refreshing and therapeutic to do something familiar from my previous way of being.
