- Small group classes with a maximum of 5 participants
- Individualised, goal-based programs mostly utilising the Pilates equipment
🩵LIFESTYLE CIRCUIT EQUIPMENT CLASSES
- Therapist instructed
- Small group circuit classes with a maximum of 8 participants
- Utilising Pilates equipment; ladder and cable machine
💛CLINICAL PHYSIOTHERAPY MAT CLASSES
- Tailored, goal orientated exercise program, Claimable on Private Health Insurance
- Clinical Physiotherapy is ideal for those recovering from recent injuries, surgery or pregnancy or those who have specific functional impairments or weaknesses that may be stopping them from participating in their desired social or sporting activities.

- Maintaining and improving all-over strength conditioning.
- Use Mats, Balls, Bands and Pilates Rings
- Lifestyle Fitness incorporates Pelvic Floor Safe Cardio & Strength Exercises
- Balance classes may be claimable on Private Health Insurance
