Tessa, our powerhouse physiotherapist & director, just conquered the Comrades Marathon, the world’s oldest and largest ultramarathon 🙌

🏃‍♀️ 90km between Pietermaritzburg & Durban
👟 Nearly 22,000 runners
💫 Only 20% of the field was female
🔥 80% crossed the finish line
🏅 Tessa finished in the top 20% overall!

A champion on and off the track! 🏁🏆 Huge congratulations to our very own Remedial Massage Therapist, Dion Finocchiaro, for taking out 1st place in the Melrose Great Ocean Road Marathon with an incredible time of 2:34:42. Crossing the finish line with his daughter made the moment even more special. We’re so proud to have him as part of the Bayside Sports Medicine team!
