Last week I shared that one of the things I always check in clinic is adrenal energy — how the body is coping with stress.
❓A question that often comes up is… how do I actually check that?
In kinesiology, we use muscle feedback.
It’s a gentle way of listening to the body — instead of guessing or just applying general advice, we’re checking how your system responds in real time.
The body will either show a stress response or a more balanced response, depending on what we’re testing.
That helps us understand what’s supportive for you — and what might be too much right now.
So we’re not just working from theory, we’re working from your body’s actual feedback.
