Water = The Real Protocol 💧
We chase supplements, routines, the next “thing”
but skip the one thing your body actually runs on.
Water.
Not in a boring “drink more” way
in a “nothing works properly without it” way.
Why it matters:
Cell-to-cell communication
Your body runs on electrical and chemical signals. Water helps electrolytes move so nerves and muscles can fire properly. When fluid is low, things feel slower… foggy… off.
Detox + waste removal
Your body is constantly clearing waste through urine, sweat, and digestion. Water helps move it out. Without enough, everything becomes more concentrated and your system has to work harder.
Inflammation + stress response
Even mild dehydration can impact energy, mood, and focus. That flat, tired, headachy feeling? Sometimes it’s not complicated… it’s hydration.
Simple daily water support:
• Aim roughly 30–35 mL per kg of body weight per day
• Sip across the day instead of chugging all at once
• Add a pinch of salt or electrolytes if needed (especially if you sweat a lot)
• Start your morning with water before coffee
• Pale yellow urine = generally well hydrated
Bottom line:
You can have the best supplements, the cleanest food, the perfect routine but if your body is under-hydrated,everything has to work harder.
Hydration isn’t flashy. But it’s foundational. Sometimes the biggest shift is going back to what your body needed all along 💧
