Having started my journey with Reiki Tummo 18 years ago it is clear to say that my treatments have at their foundation the principals of this spiritual practice.

I was out the front of the Body and Mind Centre putting up a poster last week when this elegant "elder" woman stopped and asked if we did yoga at the Centre. "Yes, it's in a rather gorgeous room in the front there".

She went on to say that she can't quite do double lotus anymore (I'm not sure what this is but it sounded challenging) but did I think she would be able to come along.

My goodness, what an addition she would be to the classes. She had a real twinkle in her eye. I wonder if she joined on Tuesday night?

Very pleased to be doing treatments at the beautiful Beach Road Body and Mind Centre in Sandy Bay.

Located in an amazing Federation style "mansion" at Nutgrove Beach, this Centre is home to an abundance of wonderful pracititioners.

I have been at the Body and Mind Centre since April doing Spiritual Massage and Emerald treatments. This has allowed me to expanded my client base in Hobart while I continue to work on a monthly basis with clients in Melbourne.

These unique treatments utilise Emerald-infused oils and creams to help remove deep blockages within the body. This allows the body to heal as energy can flow more freely with the organs, tissues and cell responding naturally to the healing process.
