Our very own long-time community member Penny has become a trusted leader in Hobart for matrescence coaching and for supporting the nervous systems of mothers through workshops and coaching.
This weekend, we’re partnering with her to offer a special 2-hour workshop: The Yoga of Motherhood.
Motherhood asks us to be intentional. To make space. To keep returning to ourselves.
Make space this Sunday and join matrescence coach and yoga teacher Penny Jones for an embodied exploration of motherhood as a route back to your centre.
Together we’ll sit, ground, and explore six pillars — Kindness, Strength, Value, Grace, Trust, and Connection — as signposts to help navigate motherhood with clarity and wholeness.
We’ll end with a nourishing yoga nidra to rest, receive, and settle our insights into our cells.
We weren’t meant to do this alone.
