I was a physiotherapist for decades but life and learning taught me how we are much more than just physical. We have emotional, mental and spiritual bodies as well and if these are out of alignment then our physical body often changed as a result. Everything is connected.I realised how much our unprocessed emotions, traumas and faulty beliefs contributed to our dis-ease, health issues and often our relationships with others....change one area you change everything.
These days I am a somatic counsellor and an energy medicine practitioner- I am now a physiotherapist for the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies...I work on the energy, emotions and beliefs that make up your unconscious or shadow self.
If you get triggered by people or circumstances or you have chronic symptoms and pain....maybe my work can assist you to discover who you really are underneath these layers.
