WildHeart Hobart is a Boutique Wellness Studio offering a personalised approach to Yoga, Mat Pilates and Wellness Coaching and Workshops.
We offer our classes to those with all levels of fitness and experience from beginners to the more advanced. We hold a particular interest in the therapeutic and restorative benefits of yoga and pilates and specialise in assisting those with stress, anxiety, illness and trauma. We also offer classes specifically designed for people with cancer through our Yoga4Cancer program.
Our teachers bring a wide range of skills and experience, and are fully qualified and trained to look after students’ individual needs. Our studio is friendly and relaxed, and conveniently located just along the shopping strip in Sandy Bay. New students are always welcome, and we particularly encourage beginners to join our Wildheart family.
Our classes are small, giving us the opportunity to really nurture you and make you feel safe and comfortable no matter your ability or level.
We offer a space where you can feel at home, and enjoy some time out just for yourself - to nurture your body, mind and soul. One-on-one consultations are also available.
We believe that wellness and exercise is an individual thing and it shouldn’t be the same for everyone - our personal coaching packages offer an individual approach to suit you unique needs. we can help you find the approach that works for YOU!
