Memory lane!! Any ideas how old these beauties are?
We're not actually sure, but as it was Ken Iredale who established the first of our practices back in 1946, we know that these were made many many decades ago - wow!
And they have come full circle to us, being dropped into our Sorell practice for donation with the hope that they will help someone else in need!

As we move into the colder months, it’s tempting to turn up the heat indoors — but warm air can dry out your eyes. Try using a blanket to stay cozy, keep a safe distance from heaters, and use lubricating eye drops if you’re experiencing eye dryness. Your eyes will thank you!

A rare peak inside Visioncare, our onsite laboratory:
One of our lab technicians is working hard!
The other… has mysteriously been replaced by a new (and the absolute cutest) supervisor and support officer! We couldn’t help but share this adorable pic! :)

This is Nala and our crews in Sandy Bay are occasionally blessed with a visit and cuddle from her, which always brightens our day! On this occasion she is keeping an eye on the hard work being done in Visioncare.

Our Visioncare team supports all 8 of our locations with expert advice and product knowledge, implementation of new products and technologies, assistance with unusual requests, inventory management, tricky repairs, ongoing staff training, and so many other areas that their skills extend to! They are a fantastic asset that we are very lucky to have!
