In honour of ANZAC Day, our opening hours will be slightly adjusted as we take time to reflect and pay our respects.
Saturday 25th April, Grosvenor Street Practice will be open between 12pm and 3pm.
We thank you for your understanding and encourage everyone to take a moment to remember the courage and sacrifice of our servicemen and women.

We are well into the new year and unfortunately have said goodbye to a few faces around the practice, in particular Dr Elisabeth Offringa, Grosvenor Street nurse Tracey and receptionists Violet and Estella - we were very fortunate to have had them as part of our team and wish them the best of luck on their new adventures!
We have several new faces around the practice this year - Dr Miranda Bruce, Dr Emily McLean, Dr Philippa Knowler, nurses Ashley and Wen, receptionists Leanne, Eleanor, Janey, Grace, Ella and new practice owner Nick. If you see them around the place please ensure you make them feel welcome!

Ask: Be relaxed, friendly, and concerned in your approach.

Listen: Take what they say seriously and don't interrupt or rush the conversation.

Encourage Action: Help them think about one or two things that can be done to better manage the situation.

Check In: Follow up after your conversation, showing ongoing support.
