👩‍⚕️ Visit the Medicare Urgent Care Clinics in Devonport, Launceston, Bridgewater and Hobart for urgent illnesses and injuries that do not require the Emergency Department.
📌 Ochre Health Medicare Urgent Care Clinic on Liverpool Street, Hobart is open 8am – 5pm, seven days a week,
📌 Your Hobart Doctor Medicare Urgent Care Clinic on Bathurst Street is open 2pm – 10pm, seven days a week,
📌 Jordan River Health Bridgewater Medicare Urgent Care Clinic on 9-11 Hurst Street is open 10am - 8pm, seven days a week,
📌 Devonport Medicare Urgent Care Clinic at My Clinic Plus, 133 Steele Street operates 2pm – 9pm on weekdays and 1pm – 9pm on weekends,
📌 Launceston Medicare Urgent Care Clinic on 215 Wellington Street operates 2pm – 8pm, seven days a week.

🌡️ Register with Care@home on 1800 973 363 if you have respiratory symptoms or test positive for COVID-19 to receive virtual care and support from our medical team.

🩺 Speak with your regular GP or consider an afterhours GP service statewide for your routine and general healthcare needs.

💊 Visit your local pharmacy for advice and treatment for minor illnesses and ailments, such as coughs, colds, allergies, cuts, grazes and headaches. You may be able to access one refill of eligible prescription-only medication if you need it urgently.

📞 Call Access Mental Health on 1800 332 388 (24/7) for immediate counselling support, information about the Tasmanian mental health system and referral to public mental health services.

🚑 If you have a serious and life-threatening illness or injury, call 000 or visit the nearest Emergency Department.

Choosing the right service for your needs can help you get the right care sooner and help busy services see the most unwell patients first.
