Following our latest patient survey, we are rolling out a new action plan to improve your experience at our clinic:

✅ Online Bookings: We are researching better online booking providers to make scheduling easier!

✅ Better Communication: Researching new real-time updates if your doctor is running late.

✅ Comfort & Privacy: A refreshed waiting room and a new private area for sensitive conversations.

✅ After-Hours Info: Our providers have supplied new magnets and brochures—pick one up in the waiting room today!

🌟 RUOK Day 2025: A Simple Question Can Make a Big Difference 🌟

Today is RUOK Day, a national day of action dedicated to reminding everyone that any day is the right day to check in with the people around us and ask, "Are you OK?"

At Grosvenor and Collins we believe in the power of community and the importance of mental health. Whether it's a patient, a colleague, or a friend, your simple act of asking and really listening can make a world of difference.

💛 How to Ask R U OK?

Ask: Be relaxed, friendly, and concerned in your approach.

Listen: Take what they say seriously and don't interrupt or rush the conversation.

Encourage Action: Help them think about one or two things that can be done to better manage the situation.

Check In: Follow up after your conversation, showing ongoing support.

Remember, you don't need to be an expert to reach out – just a good friend and a great listener. Together, we can support each other and create a more connected world.
