π Visit your local pharmacy for advice and treatment for minor illnesses and ailments, such as coughs, colds, allergies, cuts, grazes and headaches. You may be able to access one refill of eligible prescription-only medication if you need it urgently.
π Call Access Mental Health on 1800 332 388 (24/7) for immediate counselling support, information about the Tasmanian mental health system and referral to public mental health services.
