At last we finally have some Spring weather where the sun is out and there is blossom on the air, birds are chirping and frogs are singing….it couldn’t be more perfect! 🤩
Those dark days of winter come for us to regroup and go within and hibernate doing deep healing and how wonderful is it to come out of that into glorious sunshine with new beginnings. 💫
Gosh things have revved up energetically, cosmically, emotionally haven’t they…..things are being brought to the surface and it’s not comfortable….how are you navigating your way through?
Things happen and it’s the choices we make in that moment that create the shifts (or not)!
I was speaking with my sister yesterday and we were talking about when we are triggered and being asked to do something we don’t want to do and think the other person should do and my comment was ‘in those moments we have 3 main choices (I’m sure there are more)
1. Communicate (neutral/calmly) with a suggestion of a different outcome
2. Do it lovingly with no judgement
3. Do it but be pissed off and then take them to task after and stew over it all day!
Let’s face it there are times we have done all three, but it feels that everything is amplified atm as we are in the midst of Scorpio season where it is all coming to a head to be cleared.
Old hurts that have been swept under the carpet seem to be popping out of nowhere and making their presence felt which can be quite uncomfortable, but once cleared it is done!
There is loaded energy waiting to be cleared all being helped along by the Solar storms bringing out hidden truths, so be gentle on yourself, if you feel tired have a 5 min nap, if you are energised, clean out that cupboard. Be mindful of your thoughts and actions but don’t overthink them.
Meditate and ground daily, it does not have to be for long but the discipline of daily is vital to help you navigate your way forward. ♾️♾️♾️
