Life has a way of throwing some things at you, that takes you to the depths you never knew existed. 🤷♀️
I have had moments in time where my house of cards implodes and I sank lower than ever before…….it is in these times that a peace comes over you, it’s like the eye of the storm where everything slows and it feels like you can’t go back, and you’re not quite ready to go forward so you sit in the agony of ‘not knowing’.
This is the very deep part of your inner cave, the core of you and your despair.
So sit here for a moment, take a deep breath and relax…..whatever it is that has brought you here has done its job.
Now is the moment right in the middle of your ‘dark night of the soul’ where you get to choose. How long will you sit in this? There is no ‘right’ amount of time, there is no ‘one way’ of doing this, there is no judgement…..this is your journey no-one else’s so give yourself some space to work it through.
For me…..this is the moment I go so deep and call on my TEAM (Guides, Angels, Ancestors) handing over - absolutely EVERYTHING, as clearly the way I’ve been dealing with things is not the answer. ❌
And that is usually because I have been hanging on ‘soooo tight’ that I can’t see the forest for the trees!
Yes I have been asking for guidance along the way (but not really! It’s more ‘guidance’ the way ‘I think’ it should be🤦♀️) when I truly get to rock bottom is when I hand it all over.
Now, you would think considering the length of time I have been doing this journey (35+ years) that I would know better by now… But it seems there is something within my psyche and or past lives that makes me take myself to the depths before I relinquish control.
Can I just say here, I don’t recommend this path ha ha! 🤣
As I said before, ‘dark nights of the soul’ are different for each individual and I suppose the importance of this message is that it is okay (even though it won’t feel like it right now) you are okay, whatever it is you need to do for you, just do it.
All your answers are within (and yes I know you have heard that before) but it could not be more true! It just seems some of us fight it more than others and think we know better…..but if you stop and truly listen you will ‘know’ - it may be that you just need to sit in there for a while until your storm settles.
Either way I know for me (and you) that…..
1. My Team have never left me
2. I am safe (even though it may not feel like it at the time)
3. This too shall pass
4. I am in a HUGE growth phase (which won’t feel like it, but it is)
5. I will definitely seek guidance from one or more of my contemporaries when I need to (thank you girls you know who you are)
6. When I come out the other side I am different in a more whole way than ever before, and, that I can then draw on that wisdom to help others as they go through their own transition
For some reason I needed to write this today as being that we are in the last month of 2025 which has turned out to be a particularly challenging year it seems ‘they’ wanted this brought to your attention.
I know we have spoken about DNOTS before but there must be some energetic vibration within these words that will touch a chord for some.
Please know I am here for you over this period and transition from ‘25 to 26, my session times are open and there is so much you can do to help yourself smooth the way with ceremony and rituals…..but that’s a whole other post right there!
