Homemade Ramen can be so good for you, especially if you infuse your homemade chicken broth with coriander and spring onion roots, ginger, chilli, garlic and star anise. And if you add good protein like sh*take mushrooms, chicken, egg and sesame seeds, it's all about the flavour which then needs less soy. Other extras I add are dried seaweed, bean sprouts, coriander and spring onions 😋

Soup in winter is so good, but even better when you aren't well, I woke up with a virus today so tried a new high Vit C Soup. Broccoli, avocado and lemon.
🥦 🥑🍋 It was really good and I'm feeling better already!
Recipe... 1 bunch of broccoli, 1 celery stalk, 1 onion , 1 avo, 2 cloves garlic ,ginger, cayenne, chilli and s and p to taste, Saute, boil gently in stock for 10 mins and Blitz. Squeeze in half a lemon. And 💚
