With the dry weather we were having earlier in the week I was actually getting scared to touch anything metal as I was getting very strong staric discharges. Working in a workshop there is a lot of metal. I rushed inside and put on my Black Tourmaline necklace, disappointed that it wasn’t an immediate improvement. I took a breathe and remembered good things take time. Within a couple of hours the necklace was doing its job and I was happily working without feeling like I was getting electrocuted on everything.

I was first introduced to the power of crystals by my Reiki master about 10 years ago. She told me the black tourmaline is a grounding stone so it stops people from zapping others with static electricity. My mother used to build up so much static electricity that her dog was afraid to greet her as she would always zap her. So I bought her a black tourmaline necklace and asked her to let me know if it works. She charged it and put it on and within a couple of hours she stopped zapping on everything. 10 years later she still wears that necklace and knows when it needs charging as she starts zapping again.
This test really demonstrated the awesome power of crystals and how they can make our lives better. Happy Mother’s Day Mum.
