Dental Emergencies Can Happen Anytime.

We provide assessment and urgent care for dental problems that require prompt attention. This includes severe toothache, broken or knocked-out teeth, swelling, or dental infections.

Situations where urgent care may be needed:

✓ Persistent or severe tooth pain
✓ Broken, chipped, or loose teeth
✓ Swelling of gums, face, or jaw
✓ Lost fillings, crowns, or restorations
✓ Signs of infection, such as abscesses

If you experience a dental emergency, contact us at 131045. In cases of severe swelling affecting breathing, uncontrolled bleeding, or significant facial trauma, seek immediate medical attention via emergency services.

This patient completed multidisciplinary dental treatment combining orthodontic and restorative care.

Treatment began with Smile On Straighter clear aligners to align the teeth and prepare for restorative treatment. Following completion of alignment, the patient underwent in-chair professional whitening and restorative treatment including occlusal rehabilitation and placement of ceramic veneers with the restorative dentist.

The orthodontic treatment was planned to position the teeth prior to placement of fixed ceramic veneers.

Following treatment, the teeth are retained with upper and lower fixed wire retainers, together with removable retainers worn nightly.

Time between photos: 17 months.

Passionate about all areas of general dentistry, Dr. Dignam enjoys providing comprehensive care and helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
He places strong emphasis on clear communication and patient education, and believes in taking the time to ensure his patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their dental experience.

Dr. Dignam completed a Bachelor of Medical Science at the University of Sydney followed by a Doctor of Dental Medicine with Distinction at The University of Western Australia.

Outside of dentistry, Peter enjoys spending time outdoors, playing golf, and reading classic novels.
