and in their Power, without fear, to reach their full potential for the benefit of themselves and other’s. Like a lot of women, I hid myself and my true potential for 16 years. I played small, blended in and kept quiet - even though I KNEW I had so much more to share. I too, have constantly adapted and adjusted myself to the structures of patriarchal conditions to the detriment of myself, which led me to feel frustrated and stuck. I was fed up and tired of going around and around in circles. Before this time, I had found my calling when I lived like a monk for 7 years. I yearned for more answers to the age old questions of “who am I?” what am I here for?”
It was here, where my world as I knew it completely shattered, leaving me with nothing (except a rolled up futon ;). Physically exhausted, emotionally stripped and mentally strained. I was completely alone....
My life situation and circumstance pushed my off a metaphoric cliff.....into "nothing" where only each moment mattered. At that time, I had the most profound and impactful, life changing experience. I felt an unshakable strength, peace, and deep fulfilment. "It" was just there....a deep stillness and silence. Many people have felt a familiar space of "coming home" in these moments. We have all had glimpses of deep truths and "ah ha's" through some of our hardest life experiences - moments of wisdom, that can stay with us forever. I love to help people remember and reconnect to this space of deep knowledge, strength, peace and joy in their everyday life. I also love to hear other people's stories of triumph and insights. Being stuck with being in flow and being in your zone. Women standing in their power, owning their truth and doing it their way is what is needed and is the path of true success, fulfilment and inspiration.
