Meet one of our OG teachers, Heidi 💫

Heidi found Bikram yoga in London in 2007. She went to the 9 week Teacher Training in 2010 in Las Vegas. From there she taught in London for 3 years before moving home to Perth where she started teaching at The Yoga Garage

With her classes expect to get a strong dialogue-led class with attention to detail. She combines her yoga experience, myotherapy knowledge and intuition to guide students through the postures safely and effectively.

Outside the yoga room, Heidi provides presence-based support to people on a 1:1 basis restoring their whole system back into balance - physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically.

Thank you for being such a huge part of TYG Heidi, we’re so lucky to have you 🙏🏼
