As humans we lean towards survival with judgement, prejudice and assumptions....making it all more difficult, especially in stressful times like this pandemic, lockdowns and uncertainty ...
Give yourself permission to just be alive in the moment...become aware of how you are held to the planet in the pull of gravity. Your perspective is unique and valuable. What do you notice with your senses that offers you comfort, calm, peace, or joy? Allow yourself to experience what you notice...no judging...just be present.
