Let's talk juicing! I'm currently supporting some clients with a juice cleanse. There is so much noise out there abput what is right, what is wrong, eat this, don't eat that, juices are high in sugar, etc😫 Firstly I always work with what my client's needs, it's important to listen to them and they know they're bodies best! I give information, facts. Vegie juices (important to note here is that your juices should be predominantly made with vegetables, small amount of fruit is fine) can be a great way to get lots of essential vitamins and minerals into the body quickly and easily and sometimes a juice cleanse can be a great reset.
