The primary aim of Cafe on Kelly is to support individuals with disabilities in gaining real-world work experience, developing essential life skills, and building confidence through supported employment. Every team member is given the opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment.
The café also upholds high standards in food safety and hygiene, delivering a strong training program that teaches safe food handling, preparation, and customer service skills. Through this, team members not only learn industry-relevant practices but also grow in independence and personal development.
