Thank you all so much for your understanding, well wishes and kind messages following Tim’s recent health challenges.

We’re relieved to share that his surgery went well, and while recovery is slow (as expected), he’s improving each day.

With over 300 messages to reply to, it’s become impossible to reschedule all cancelled appointments and manage the new requests that have come through over the past few weeks. Because of this, we’ve decided to start fresh with a clean slate.

Tim will be making a steady return to work from tomorrow, so please send a message to him on 0408482105 if you still require an appointment and he will be back to you as soon as possible.

All regular NDIS clients will be contacted directly by Tim regarding any changes to standing appointments.

Again, we are very grateful for your continued support and well wishes for Tim. 🙏

As many of you are aware, Tim has been a little quieter on the work front over the past month. Unfortunately, complications following a recent bout of pneumonia has left Tim with an extended hospital stay and subsequent surgery.

He is now on the road to recovery post-op but will remain out of the clinic for at least the next couple of weeks while he focuses on regaining his strength.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and support during this time. As always, we kindly ask that patients reschedule appointments if you are feeling unwell to help us maintain a safe environment for all.

Thank you for your continued patience and care. We look forward to welcoming Tim back once he’s fully recovered.

Hi everyone.

Unfortunately Tim has been struck down with pneumonia - turns out he’s not superhuman after all. If you know a good physiotherapist to do some chest physio, let us know 😅

Please be patient with us as we work through a lot of appointment reschedules. We will slowly be in touch with everyone we need to change.

At this stage, we don’t know when Tim will be well enough to get back to work. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Tim is taking time away this week to continue woking through the necessary adjustments with the change of location. He will get back to those of you who have already contacted for appointments as soon as he can. Apologies for the delays.

There will be some minor changes about appointment requests that we will share as we work through these a little more in the coming weeks.

For now, please continue to send a TXT with name, D.O.B, preferred appointmet days / times and a brief outline of what you require in your appointmet. Tim will get back to you with availabilities as soon as he can. Alternatively, you can send an email.
