Hi guys.
We are currently closed and will return 4/10/2023.
To all those messaging for appointments, we will get back to you as we can.
It’s been a minute since we interacted on social media. I thought it might be a good idea to pop some reminders out there. 😊
Firstly, it is easiest for us to keep track of what you need through SMS. As you’re aware, Tim works as a sole therapist and treating his clients is his main priority. I am sure most of you wouldn’t like to have your appointment interrupted by numerous phone calls, so please appreciate that unless urgent, Tim will get back to you when he has a spare minute. Calling several times back to back will not change the situation.
Another reminder, I (Lisa) am often the one at the other end of the phone booking your SMS appointments. I also cannot commit to answering calls every time;
A) I am billing and booking face to face clients.
B ) We have our 2 young children and at times I need to step out to avoid the terrible 2 dramas 😅
C) I am generally not in the office for the full length of opening hours to support Tim.
EPC forms from your GP. A miscommunication from providers is that this entitles you to 5 FREE (in some cases, all free) visits in a 12 month period to allied health services. This is not the case. In fact, Medicare only cover a fixed rate and this is not the full price of a standard consult. For TNL, we have a $22 gap payable when using an EPC form.
Tim is however, very approachable & accommodating to those falling on tough times, so please feel free to approach Tim to discuss genuine payment concerns.
Not showing up to your appointment. We 100% know that things pop up unexpectedly and we are very understanding of these times. As you know, we currently do not charge late cancellation or no show fees. Please just let us know if you are unable to make your appointment so we are not waiting for you. Tim often has wait lists up to a couple of weeks and we try to accommodate those on the cancellation list as much as we can.
Workers comp: if you book an appointment, please indicate if this is workers comp.
Opening hours. A reminder the shop is closed Tuesday from roughly 10am and Wednesdays due to home visits. As a general rule, home visits are for very regular NDIS / DVA patients. Not private visits.
We are so grateful to everyone who has helped our business grow over the past 5 years and really appreciate your ongoing support. 🙏
Many thanks,
Tim & Lisa.
