A little different from our usual posts, but we wanted to share something local đź’›

There’s an upcoming event with the Scone Chamber of Commerce in the lead-up to the Scone Cup — such a big part of our community and a great excuse to get out and be around people.

Things like connection, getting out of our routines, and feeling part of something can make a real difference (even in small ways).

If you’re local to Scone, it could be a really nice one to check out 🙂

Your brain responds to thoughts like they’re real experiences—that’s why overthinking can feel so intense.🌻

Try this: Name it to tame it.
When you notice the spiral starting, pause and label it—“I’m overthinking right now” or “this is just a thought, not a fact.” This simple step can help create space between you and the thought, so it feels less overwhelming.

Sometimes concerns don’t “just pass” with time.

Early support can help:
• Prevent challenges from increasing
• Build confidence and skills sooner
• Provide clarity for families and individuals
• Create a strong foundation for future learning

Seeking help early doesn’t mean something is “wrong” — it means you’re being proactive.
