On the physical side, mindfulness can support immune function, aid in muscle repair and recovery, and ease the strain on your cardiovascular system. Pretty impressive for something so simple! In this free online series Dr Craig will explore how mindfulness can support your wellbeing with practical strategies to help you live mindfully. These sessions are live only so don’t miss out. In the last instalment of our Sleeptember series we’re practicing some Yoga Nidra, an ancient practice also known as “effortless relaxation”. Nidra quite literally means sleep! Jo Gibbs, founder of Treat™ Healthcare, guides you through a calming Yoga Nidra practice that can help to reduce stress, improve sleep and connect with yourself.

It’s one of the easiest yoga practices you can do, simply lay down and be guided through the practice. It’s like meditation, except with Yoga Nidra the aim is to get into the deepest sleep cycle, known as the delta state, where deep healing takes place. Join us for some deep relaxation and restoration, ideal to add to your sleep hygiene toolkit for before bed or whenever you need a rest. Register now and you could win a Sleeptember prize pack.

Today, we’re shining a spotlight on someone who’s been a big part of our MOIRA FPM growth and engagement team — Amelia!

If you’ve attended local community events, expos, or even scrolled through LinkedIn, chances are you’ve already seen her in action. Amelia brings passion, energy, and warmth to everything she does!

She first joined MOIRA in October 2018 as a temp Customer Relations Officer, and by February 2019, she became a permanent part of the team when MOIRA FPM moved to our Scoresby office.

In this mini interview, we asked Amelia about her coffee order and a few questions to get to know her better.☕

Watch the video to find out more.

And if you're heading to Thrive Together Epping next week, come say hi to Amelia in person! 👋

With over 1.2 million Australians needing support with communication, speech pathologists are the quiet heroes that empower clients to communicate in ways that feel authentic to them. From helping a toddler say “Mama” for the first time to empowering older Australians to maintain independence, their impact is profound.

As Speech Pathology Week 2025 comes to a close, we’re celebrating our incredible paediatric speech pathology team at Arliam Allied Health. Their dedication transforms lives, one word at a time.

This week reminded us: every voice matters, and every story deserves to be told. Here’s to the speechies who make it all possible!

📣 New NDIS Pricing Arrangements & Price Limits Now in Effect

As of 1 July 2025, the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (PAPL) for 2025–26 are officially in place.

The PAPL (NDIS Price Guide) helps participants, support coordinators and providers understand how supports and services are priced under the NDIS.

This year’s updates include:
• A 3.95% increase in price limits for core supports like disability support worker services
• National pricing for therapy supports (no more state-by-state differences)
• Extended early childhood support coverage (now up to 9 years old)
• Adjustments to travel allowances and provider responsibilities

To find out all the changes download the 2025–26 PAPL and support catalogue here: https://www.ndis.gov.au/providers/pricing-arrangements
