Meet our Specialist Behaviour Support team, based in Croydon and the Shoalhaven

We support children and young people with complex behaviours shaped by both early trauma and disability, where often previous behaviour support strategies have not made a significant impact.

Our focus is on helping carers and services understand what’s driving behaviour, and working together to build practical strategies that actually work in real-world settings.

Our approach is trauma-informed, with a strong focus on safety, regulation and relational capacity.
