Maree, Lauren and I spent the morning in Valla weaving the final touches together — and you can already feel the intention, the care, and the heart being poured into this day.

Tonight for our weekly sound bath we focus on gratitude 🙏

When we consciously practice gratitude, the nervous system softens. The heart rhythm steadies. The body shifts from guarding… to receiving.
Gratitude strengthens the heart field. It opens the energy of abundance.It gently rewires the mind to notice beauty, even in ordinary moments.

A beautiful afternoon as the 1st Sunday Sounds of year kicked off.. We started with a deeply relaxing sound bath - 432hz medicine for the soul and tuning into the energy of the equinox embracing the light & darkness as we prepare for Autumn & the winter ahead. Next date 19th April. X
