Today we sadly say goodbye to Sandy. She has done an amazing job in serving the sea lake Pharmacy community. We will dearly miss her and wish her all the best in her future endeavours. We are also very excited in welcoming our new pharmacist Sonya who comes from Melbourne. She has worked in metro pharmacies in Melbourne and comes with vast experience. Sonya is very pleasant and bubbly and wonderful to deal with. Come and say hello. We are very fortunate at sea lake pharmacy community to have pharmacists with such calibre!

It is as important to practice good personal hygiene to prevent the spreading of tinea and reinfection.

👉 Drying skin thoroughly after washing, especially areas between toes, groin and under breast.
👉 Wearing thongs in public shower and change rooms.
👉 Change socks, stockings or bra every day. Change them after playing sport or on hot days.
👉 Avoid tight, synthetic shoes.
👉 Use antiperspirants to help control excessive sweating.
👉 Avoid sharing personal items such as towel, nail clippers and shoes.
👉 Avoid scratching rashes to prevent spreading of the infections to other parts of the body.
