✨ Make your bedroom so inviting you love being there!
🌝 Don’t define sleep as just good or bad. Maybe it was ‘fine’! Or ‘well enough’! Or ‘better than yesterday’!
✨ Meditate, read, journal, stretch, stroll, listen to music… all the beautiful things that relax you before bedtime.
🌝 Try progressive muscle relaxation.
✨ Power down from the screens of laptops and phones at least 1.5 hours before bed to detox from the blue light.
🌝 Schedule a ‘worry time’ during the day so you can remind yourself at night you don’t have to think about that right now!
✨ Skip the caffeine or alcoholic nightcap and have a herbal tea instead.
🌝 Exercise during the day to relieve stress and make your body tired.
