The irritability connection: You're snapping at your kids. You're irritable with your partner. You're anxious for no reason.

The low iron story: You're exhausted. You can barely get through the day.

You get your iron tested. It comes back 'normal.'
But you're still exhausted.

So you think: Maybe I'm just lazy. Maybe I need more sleep. Maybe I need to exercise more.
No. You have dysbiosis.

Here's what's happening: You might have 'normal' iron levels in your blood, but if your gut bacteria are imbalanced (dysbiosis), you can't ABSORB that iron properly.

So even though your iron levels are 'normal,' your body isn't actually using that iron.

Result? You're exhausted.

This is why so many women feel exhausted even though their blood work is 'normal.'

The fix? Fix your dysbiosis. Once you do, your iron absorption improves. Your energy comes back.

I had a client who was exhausted for 3 years. Her iron was 'normal.' After we fixed her dysbiosis? Her energy came back without changing her iron levels at all.

If you're exhausted and your iron is 'normal,' dysbiosis is preventing you from absorbing that iron.

You think you have too much stomach acid.

You probably have too little.

Everyone's obsessed with acid reflux, right? "I have too much acid, I need a PPI."

Wrong diagnosis. Most of you? You have too little.

Here are the 3 signs you've got low stomach acid:

⚡ You feel bloated and full after just a few bites. Your stomach can't break down food, so it just sits there.

⚡ You're constipated. Low acid = low digestive enzymes. Food moves slowly. Everything backs up.

⚡ You're getting reflux anyway. Your stomach's trying so hard to digest that it's producing MORE acid to compensate, and it's irritating an already weak system.

The irony? Taking a PPI makes it worse. You're shutting down the acid you actually need.

2026 you’ve been incredible so far 💃🏽

2025 was a huge year personally- I said to Nathan yesterday it was our hardest but something I needed to move through.

Since we met 8 years ago I feel like every single part of my has changed and all those pieces are now coming back together

I crave time with my children and Nathan, I get so much joy helping other mums heal and feel great again. I love cooking for my family and taking care of my own body. I’m no longer afraid to say no to things that don’t fit in with our family and I never feel guilty for taking some time for me

I’ve ditched alcohol, I ready spicy fancy everyday and my favourite part of the day is either morning before the sun comes up (so peaceful) of laying in bed at night with my girls chatting about our days 🥰

This year I’m committing more time to Level Up then previous years, this means monthly FREE workshops so everyone can learn, I’m opening spaces to clients overseas and I’m saying yes to in person speaking events.

I bring something unique to healing being a nurse, naturopath and working mum- I’ve created a program that can fit into your life and still give you amazing results and I want to share the knowledge with others 💪🏽
