Also come along and support our Adelaide Potters Club. The council are wanting to turn our club into a cafe, so we are hoping to persuade them that kicking out an inclusive and creative bunch of potters that run community events is a really bad idea. Unley doesn't need yet ANOTHER cafe.
Unley needs a creative space with holiday programs for kids, a place where students can exhibit their work and feel a sense of pride and joy. A place where budding artists get together and collaborate and create.

I know that we are all busy and fitness can sometimes seem like a chore, I want you to feel like your program is manageable so that you can get the results you desire.
I offer: Personal Training, Rehab training, strength training, weight loss, Yoga Classes, Body Fat analysis and lifestyle/dietary advice.
In your initial session I will run you through an in-depth postural analysis, movement screen and body fat analysis to assess what your body needs on a physical and hormonal level. Then leave all the thinking to me and I will create a personalised fitness program that will do with me and at home or in a gym. I make sure that it fits into your lifestyle and doesn’t create extra stress.
I also offer online training plans and can upload your workouts to an app that lets me know when you have missed a session - so if you need accountability even when you are not with me then I have you covered.
Whatever your health and fitness goals are, I can help. And if I can’t then I will refer you to the correct practitioner that can.
