In case you too were wondering what is the difference between a kinesiology session and a traditional therapy session I have highlighted some for you here. While both have their benefits, and suit different people, the main way that I see Kinesiology nudging out in front as a preferred therapy is that quite often it doesn't require the client to put themselves back into past painful memories in order to heal from them. Rather, we can work on the trauma through other avenues that do not put the client back into a fight/flight response.
