~ Have you had your skin checked lately? ~

Phil and I used to regularly get our freckles and moles examined annually in Seaford but today, I followed the skin Doctor to his new premises at Brighton.
I only had a couple of new spots that I was mildly concerned about, but really just wanted to get checked after I'd let it lapse for a few years.

The treatment is quick, private, and the Doctor was extremely polite and discreet, checking each part of my body while I was in underwear.
Got the all clear ✅ and rebooked for next year.

We LOVE activities in the sun ☀️

We're back!

Thank you for your patience while we worked incredibly hard for 2wks at Phil's parents farm near Cobar, outback NSW!

We installed an external fence and internal house fence, complete with new gates.
We removed a lot of scrap metal and did huge yard cleanups, tree cutting and removal.. as well as a day trapping and drafting goats, riding in the big Kenworth truck into town to sell them!
I think we need to come back to work for a rest!! 😅🥵💪🏼

• Lots of new skills learnt.
• Aching muscles from lifting, drilling, welding, pulling, running!
• Friendships with another family out there - plus time with grandparents ❤️
• Patience and perseverance thru heat, ant nests, flies, dust, wind, hayfever 😉🙈
• But so SO proud of what we achieved 💪🏼👏🏼
