James comes to us with 6 years experience, and a passion for treating sports injuries, especially in AFL, soccer & runners. 🏉⚽🏃‍♂️
He’s all about evidence-based rehab, helping you recover fast and perform even better.
With a Masters from LaTrobe and extra training in strength & conditioning + joint health, James blends hands-on care with smart, tailored exercise programs.

Nicholas is treating out of our Chelsea practice having graduated from La Trobe University with a Master of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science. During his studies, he worked with Port Adelaide, Sandringham Zebras, and Surrey Park Football Clubs in injury management as a sports trainer, where he developed a passion for treating sport-related injuries.
Nicholas brings these experiences together with his own background as a footballer and runner, taking a patient-focused approach to tailor each client’s journey. He’s dedicated to helping clients get back to the field, build strong bodies, and reach their goals.
