Shoe comfort insoles are designed to provide extra cushioning and support, helping to reduce foot fatigue and improve overall comfort when standing, walking, or wearing shoes for long periods.

Tips for use:

- Remove your existing insoles if possible, or trace its shape to cut the new insole to fit perfectly.
- Use one pair and interchange them between different shoes or have a pair dedicated to each of your favourite shoes.
- Rotate between multiple pairs to extend the life of your insoles and shoes.
- Add insoles to shoes that feel more rigid, like dress shoes, heels or new leather shoes for extra cushioning.

🚗 Meet Elijah!

For the past 3½ years, Elijah has been an important part of our TerryWhite Chemmart Seaford team. Every Friday, you’ll find him on the road delivering Webster packs, prescriptions, and pharmacy essentials to our loyal local customers — always with a friendly chat along the way.

Outside of the pharmacy, Elijah is passionate about health and fitness. He’s a personal trainer, flexologist, soccer player, and recently completed the Barossa Marathon 🏃‍♂️ an incredible achievement made even more inspiring after his type 1 diabetes diagnosis in 2020.
