🍃 This is a lovely breathing exercise I picked up from my yoga classes! 🧘🏻‍♀️ It’s a small habit, but it can be a lovely way to pause, reset, and bring some calm into your body! I love doing this while I’m walking, lying down or sitting in a comfortable position 🍃

One of the highlights of my work is visiting my client in their aged care home once a fortnight ✨

These massage sessions are about so much more than the body — they’re about comfort, connection, and care. 🤝 Gentle touch can bring relief to tired muscles, help the body soften, and encourage a sense of flow and ease ⚖️

Massage can be a beautiful way to support our elders, helping them feel cared for, seen, and at ease in their bodies 🙏
