Getting messages like this truly reminds me why I do what I do! 🙏 This lovely client (with permission to share 😊) came to see me in significant discomfort. Together we chatted, assessed what was going on, and created a treatment plan for her massage — including trigger point work, myofascial release, and some targeted icing. I received this message two days post massage — and it made my week! 🙌
There’s nothing quite like helping someone not only feel better in their body, but genuinely improve their day to day life! ✨

One of the highlights of my work is visiting my client in their aged care home once a fortnight ✨

These massage sessions are about so much more than the body — they’re about comfort, connection, and care. 🤝 Gentle touch can bring relief to tired muscles, help the body soften, and encourage a sense of flow and ease ⚖️

Massage can be a beautiful way to support our elders, helping them feel cared for, seen, and at ease in their bodies 🙏
