This fiery little move is a full-body favourite when done right (not just flailing and praying).

Quick tips to climb clean:
🧗🏼‍♂️Hands under shoulders
🧗🏼‍♂️Keep that plank form – hips low, core tight
🧗🏼‍♂️Drive knees straight in, don’t bounce the bum
🧗🏼‍♂️Control > speed (but speed’s fun too)

Perfect for warm-ups, finishers, or when you need a quick dose of sweat therapy.

These stretches and massage ball release are Cassie's go-to 10 minute stretch sesh to fix her body after a big day of treating.

If you've clocked a lot of hours behind the computer this week, spent a lot of time driving or just generally feel like your shoulders are stuck forward or up around your ears - this is the routine for you!

Focusing on opening up the chest and getting some movement through the thoracic spine, this should do just the trick to send you into your weekend feeling great!

1. Step it out, knee tracks over ankle
2. Back knee drops straight down, not forward

Chin tucks are a great exercise for stregnthening the deep neck flexors and helping to bring your head back into a better position in line with your spine!⁠

These can be performed as pictured on the floor or against a wall, so you have something to push into. Chin tucks can also be done in the car on the way home from work, dont worry what you look like from other cars! 💚

A classic move that’s all about control, not momentum. Less swinging, more zoning in on that lower core.

Here’s how to keep it clean:
✅ Press your lower back into the mat
✅ Legs stay long and move slow
✅ Stop if your back arches – we want abs, not ouch
✅ Breathe out as the legs lift, in as they lower
