A few days into travelling and I noticed how much my body responds to pace.

Walking along the Limmat in Zürich, I stopped and placed my hands on one of the riverside trees to listen to its wisdom.

The message was simple: flow and flexibility.

Not pushing. Not holding.
Just responding to what’s in front of you.

A quiet reminder that strength doesn’t come from forcing — it comes from adapting. And it felt like a very wise message for travelling.

Wayfarer’s Calm has earned its place in my bag.

I packed this before leaving without overthinking it — and I’ve reached for it every day.

Long travel days, carrying bags, different beds, unfamiliar rhythms.

I’ve been using Wayfarer’s Calm to help my system settle, especially in the evenings or when I feel a bit ungrounded.

Alongside it is a simple topical oil I made for myself to ease shoulder stiffness — nothing fancy, just something supportive that my body appreciates right now.

Travelling, even when it’s enjoyable, asks a lot of the nervous system.

These have been small, practical supports to help me stay in my body while I find my rhythm.

I’ve learned that steadiness isn’t something I have to create.
It’s something I return to.

When I stay close to what grounds me —
nature, rhythm, simple movement —
everything else finds its place more easily.

No forcing.
No rushing.
Just listening.

At some point, I consciously turned my internal speed down to about 0.25.

Not because I was burnt out.
But because my body asked me to listen.

What it created surprised me.

More peace.
More joy.
A deeper sense of calm and presence.
Clearer intuition.
Stronger healing work.
And yes — more clients, without pushing.

When the system slows, it becomes more receptive.
And abundance flows differently from that place.

This isn’t about doing less.
It’s about moving at the speed your body trusts.
