Michelle McKessar- Owner and fully certified Pilates Instructor through The Pilates Institute. Michelle introduced Pilates to the Northern Beaches in 1998 after selling her Womens fitness centre Michelle's Waistline Workout in Freshwater. Pilates has become a household name for gentle, low impact exercise that tones and strengthens the body and clears the mind. The Pilates method is suitable for all levels of fitness and all ages. The Benefits of Pilates are endless.
