Play Therapy Advantage Play Therapy Advantage is a not for profit organisation reaching out to children and families in need.

Play Therapy is a non-directive method of therapy that helps children communicate their inner experiences through the use of toys, therapeutic relationship and safe environment. Conventional talking therapies may be inappropriate for children and young people who struggle to find words to describe complex feelings. Play therapy helps children develop confidence and positive self-esteem, find healthier ways of communicating and can promote resilience and coping, in ways that are appropriate to their age and developmental stage.

Due to the Covid-19 lockdown, Tiny Town's Grand Opening will be delayed until Saturday the 13th of February.⁠

With special guests at each session, it’s sure to book out! Your kids will be able to meet our Tiny Town Mascot, B Bear, have a dance with Happy Feet or have their hair braided in the miniature hair salon!⁠

Mirror mirror on the wall who's the fairest of them all 🤩

Let your childs imagination run wild in our Tiny Town Theatre,
let them preform on our little stage, building confidence, decreasing anxiety and building friendships all whilst having fun!!

We will also be offering kids drama classes once a week after school ! Watch this space

Recipe for secure parent child connection

Ingredients

5 x 5 minutes of uninterrupted connected moments per day, turn off your phone!

Accepting the feelings that arise for you and your child and not trying to change it

Reflecting back to them their need and feeling “you liked them, you wish you could have another cup cake”

During the hardest moments stay connected to each other. Never ignore your child!

Making sure we say sorry if we forget the ingredients
