Oh hey 👋

I see I have a few new followers, so I thought I should re-introduce myself.

I'm Emily, I am a mother of two (an 8 year old and this is my youngest, she is now 16 months)
I am a postpartum doula, reiki practitioner, and before all of this I ran my own beauty business for just over 10 years so I have always been around women, making them feel good is what I love doing, I just do it differently now 😉 I have a passion for all things birth, babies and healing but I chose the postpartum side as I feel this can get forgotten about quite quickly. Doulas are becoming more and more popular, but really, they have been around for centuries!

I love the holistic approach and am about to build more skills/knowledge by doing a sacred postpartum course 😍 this really excites me! If you think I align with you, reach out. Would love to chat over a coffee/tea/smoothie 💜

What is a post-partum doula? The word "doula" comes from ancient Greek, meaning "a woman who serves"

I work with families to provide emotional, physical, and informational support during the first few weeks after birth.

I still get asked....Do I still do Reiki? The answer is YES!
Energy Healing is still one of my fav things to do and It still amazes me each session!
I may not be able to do as many as before but I will find time to help you 😉
