I see you – you’re working hard, doing so many things. You’re a mum, trying to work your job and build a career, do all the shopping, meal planning and cooking, keep your kid’s different after school activities on track.

On Saturdays you somehow try and fit in all the washing and ironing, some family time and cleaning. You’re doing your best to keep your relationships solid and be a great friend, maybe you even take on the responsibility of looking after family members.

In fact, they’ve probably created a superhero based on you.

But it’s not all tea parties and roses.

Underneath, you can feel that things are starting to fray at the edges. You know that your sleep isn’t what it used to be, your clothes seem to shrink every time you put them in the closet and you’re feeling snappy, a little tired and frankly, those 3 am meetings with your restless mind are starting to drive you mad.
