WHAT DO WOMEN WANT..... 🚺
HEALTHY PELVIC HEALTH HABITS!!! 💕

There is a lot we want as women but wouldn't it be nice to jump on a trampoline without wonder, not wake up overnight 🌝 to use the bathroom 🚽🚽... especially if the baby is sleeping! Painful periods and into menopause....

A Pelvic Health Physio will help answer any questions you may have and guide you in building confidence with in yourself and pelvic health. Libby is in clinic on Fridays currently please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

A special shout out to our brave friends and family that are at the pointy end of their training for the upcoming Pain Revolution Rural outreach tour.

The veins of this project run through every part of our Evolving Pain community and extend deep into our family.

To show our support, appreciation and respect for everyone involved in the Pain Revolution movement, we have decided to make the cost of every sauna session for the remainder of August a donation to this wonderful cause.

Today we witnessed something truly powerful in our Feldenkrais session.

One of our amazing clients living with CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) discovered her midline for the very first time. For years, she had unknowingly sat tilted to the right, never experiencing what it felt like to be truly centered.

Through gentle Awareness Through Movement lessons, she found herself sitting upright — balanced, grounded, and safe. She looked up with new awareness and said, “This is the middle… I’ve never felt this before.”

This moment of finding center wasn’t just physical — it was emotional, empowering, and deeply healing.

✨ A beautiful reminder that change is always possible.
✨ That safety can be felt in the body.
✨ That awareness unlocks transformation.

We celebrate her insight, courage, and the possibilities ahead! 💛

Yo Bendigo's Fruit Punch LGBTQIA+ youth pool movie 🎬 🍿 night on Sat at Gurri Wanyarra Wellbeing Centre, Nik set up shop to offer .transwear binder Fittings. What a night! ✨ 🫶
It gave people an opportunity to touch, feel, and try on binders with young people sharing tips about the practical, functional and personal experience of wearing binders.
You may not know but we offer binder fittings at Evolving Pain HQ (Seddon) and most months at the TGDBB social on the 3rd Sunday.

Charlotte...where to begin! I think back to when I first met you a couple of years ago and look at where you are now, and I am simply lost for words.

You are kicking goals, quite literally, in the sense that you are a part of the Australian National Blind Football Team (The Bilbies) and travelling all around the world for this
