Strawberry Cheesecake Crumbl Cookies

Ingredients:
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese, butter, sugar, and vanilla.
3. Gradually add in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
4. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
