I love swimming in the sunshine, frozen grapes, creating, connecting, bare feet, kindness, laughing, board games, baby wearing, exploring natural therapies, good company, good wine, togetherness, smiles and giggles, yoga, meditation, diving, travel, massages, learning, adventures, tropical everything, warm cups of tea, delightful smells, nature, outside fires and hot baths in winter, dancing, stretching, my family, my tribe… Ok I’ll stop now. Growing up, I always felt an overwhelming urge to want to create peace and connection and spread love and compassion, I just wasn’t sure in what capacity. Falling pregnant in 2012 saw my life catapulted on a whole new trajectory… I found myself inhaling any and all information I could find on pregnancy, birth, breast feeding, parenthood, women’s mysteries and the sacred feminine. When I gave birth to my first wildling in 2013 I quickly realised just how vitally important it is to not only nurture your child, but to nurture yourself. Finding my tribe of women to journey alongside, share experiences with and support and love one another was an essential aspect of my adventure… I feel so blessed to still have these women in my life as we continue to grow and learn together. I feel very fortunate to be able to combine my passion for pregnancy, birth and motherhood with my desire to care and nurture others. I am able to support women on their individual journeys – whether that’s through my doula and placenta work or bringing women together to weave a web of celebration and support. No one can pour from an empty cup. You must do things for YOU! They’re HERE 🥹 Lotus told me she’d seen them in the local fruit & veg store and so we made a special trip & then I did a lil happy dance when we spotted them sitting all ripe & pretty ready to be devoured 😭🥭

I have also had a few messages from fellow members of the Mango Appreciation Society letting me know they’re BACK, appreciate you guys 🙏🏽

And so here we are with my annual ‘first mango of the season’ shot because I do love a yearly tradition 😂📷✌🏽

Seriously though, I do love having my eyes open to the varying changes & appearances that signal the turning of the Wheel of The Year. Ostara (Spring Equinox) just passed us by on Sept 23rd & I know mangoes are close when we pass Equinox 🫶🏽

Since I was a child the first appearance of mangoes have signalled the beginnings of my fav time of the year 🌸🥭☀️🥭🌸
Spring-a-ling-a-ding-dong heading into those delicious scorching hot days of Summer... BRING IT! ☀️🔥☀️

These precious fruits of the Goddess, full of pure golden sunshine delight, do all the good things to every part of me. Like eyes rolling into the back of my head style 🙄😍 I would totally not be averse to bathing naked in their sticky, pulpy, sexy magick... just saying 🙊

This mango right here, for me, represents the simplest of happy inducing feelz. It means the blossoms have appeared on the fruit trees & the blanket of vibrant green foliage & fruit set has begun 🤗 It means the urge to get back into the garden has hit, a ‘chore’ I adore 😉 It means the scent of Neighbourhood barbecues has begun wafting into my nostrils of an evening & that beach weather is imminent (although this year is going to look a little different for those of us in Adelaide 🌊😅).

The children have inherited my mad amour for the majestic mango & so we generally get a cheek each and then it’s a showdown for seed rights! 2 mangoes a sitting... an expensive habit it seems, but a LOT cheaper than illicit drugs (just 😅)so, WINNING I guess 🤷🏽‍♀️😂

Mangoes have a rather distinct flavour that peeps seem to either completely love or totally NOT love...

We’re pivoting folks!

The universe and the people have spoken…

After sitting with a combination of signs, conversations and opportunities, I’ve decided to delay the LIGHTHOUSE Group Journey until 2026 which, funnily enough, was actually my original plan! 😂

Over the past week or so, I’ve had more than a dozen women reach out saying they REALLY want to join the LIGHTHOUSE group journey, but the October–March dates just don’t work for them and they are dead keen for next year…
Then a handful of others have asked if I had any 1:1 LIGHTHOUSE container availability…
And THEN a beautiful opportunity has arisen for my son and I, one that happens to clash with the group journey dates I had originally mapped out. 😅🤪

So: signs, everywhere.
I’m listening. I’m pivoting.
And I’m trusting that this is all unfolding exactly as it should 🙏🏽

Because I don’t have the energetic capacity to run both a group journey and 1:1 containers simultaneously, I’m choosing to focus on 1:1 LIGHTHOUSE journeys for this next season for those who feel called to be deeply held, guided and anchored through the potent energy of the “celebration season.”

The next round of LIGHTHOUSE 1:1 containers will embark in just a few weeks, October 2025. I’m releasing 6 spaces.

I absolutely will be running another LIGHTHOUSE Group Journey in 2026, so keep your peepers peeled next year (and if you want to hear first when details drop, make sure you’re on the waitlist.)

For now, I’m following the nudge and opening the next round of 1:1 journeys.

Beer + Bubs — that’s a wrap!

Our final session was last night… so bittersweet.

Thank you for all of your support over the years, it’s been a truly wonderful ride.

🙌🏽 7.5 years
🙌🏽 60 in-person sessions (and 60 boomerang videos that I made Sophie do 😂📸)
🙌🏽 1 online session during the wild time of restrictions 😅
🙌🏽 728 attendees

It warms our hearts to think of the ripple effect… 728 people walking away feeling informed, empowered and excited about the epic rite of passage that is childbirth and parenthood.

This journey has meant so much to us. The heartfelt feedback over the years has been deeply moving.

Because the way we birth matters.
And the support we receive when we birth matters.

Too often, partners are left out of the equation feeling underprepared, overwhelmed & unsure how to truly show up. But we’ve seen what a difference it makes when they are prepared. We’ve absolutely loved sharing tips, tools and tricks to help partners confidently support themselves, and in turn, the mother–baby dyad through this powerfully transformative time.

After 7.5 years, our energy is being called elsewhere… but we’re excited to see who might pick up the torch!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single person who’s supported us — to the birth workers who shared our sessions, the attendees who raved and referred, and everyone in between. We are so, so grateful 🙏🏽

Thank you for being the best co-facilitator a gal could hope for. I’ll miss your “birth as a bowel movement” analogies and your extremely quick wit. Your behind-the-scenes magic (emails, venue liaising, spreadsheets) it’s all been such a gift. You’re a bloody gem 💎 No more catching up at sessions every 6 weeks… guess it’s ladies’ lunches from now on… Love this for us 🙌🏽🤣

As this chapter closes, we do so with such full hearts and the deepest gratitude for every single attendee, every story we’ve been privileged to hear, and the profound experience of holding this space for the men of the world. We see you, thank you 🙏🏽

Join us tomorrow evening for our last ever Beer and Bubs session!

June 17, 6.45pm at The Cumby.

Thank you for all of your support over the years, it’s been a truly wonderful ride…

- 7.5 years
- 59 in-person sessions
- 1 online session during the wild time of restrictions (which prompted us to shift to a pub that we could still present in face-to-face 😂)
- 721 attendees

And of those 721 attendees;

- 2 got so drunk we’re not sure they retained any of the information we presented 🥴😂

- 1 walked out at the dinner break because he got triggered by the evidence based info we shared and replied to our follow-up email telling us so 🤣

- 1 other also got extremely triggered by the content and made it known verbally during the session, but did remain for the entirety 😅

Which means…

- 717 walked away feeling empowered, prepared, informed, and excited about the epic rite of passage that is childbirth and parenthood.
We think those are pretty fabulous odds! 🙌🏽
