ANNOUNCEMENT

As of 22nd Feb 2020 PURE Bowen Therapy will be closing. I will no longer be practicing Bowen. I feel I have given it a good shot but unfortunately my efforts haven't worked. Business is tough. Thank you all for supporting my dream and I hope you continue to find the great benefits Bowen Therapy can bring. I wish you all good health.

Have you made a New Year resolution? Nah, me either.

Instead I have made a promise to myself. I will be 60 this year. There are people who didn't get to be 60 for one reason or another. I don't plan to be one of them. So I am going to put myself first and do better.
Better at looking after myself, better at making good choices, better at taking time for me, better at saying no (with out feeling guilty or having to explain), better by doing things that I am interested in.
You see if I invest in myself then I will be a better partner, Nona, daughter, mother, sister, friend, work colleague....

The fabulousness of Bowen❤

This evening while sitting around with family after a great day, my niece limped in obviously in pain. Apparently she was demonstrating how to do a cart wheel to her 6yo and " did something to her leg". She pinpointed the area of pain so I took her inside and did a quick BRM1 followed by the hamstring procedure. Within minutes she is good as new.
